There's only one way down - experience the thrill of rock abseiling. After a safety briefing your instructor will show you the basics and before you know it you'll be a natural. If you are experienced you will be taught on a higher teaching level.

Wales' only provider of this new adventure activity. Archery Tag is played similar to dodge ball but with bows and patented foam tipped arrows. An action packed game suitable for ages 12 and upwards.

Combined with wheelie bin racing, the photos speak for themselves. An event that your group has surely never done before! Fun and frolics on the lake guaranteed.

This activity does exactly what it says on the tin! All the competitiveness of the great game but with much more laughter. Strap on the zorb and away you go. A unique experience and something everyone has to try once. Why not combine this with any other activity for a full day of fun?

Coasteering

Geronamo! - this is one of the best value fun wet activity experiences we offer. After getting kitted up, follow your qualified guides around the coastal rocks playing team games, rock traversing, scrambling, swimming and of course plenty of optional low and high level jumps. There are challenges along the way such as the 'washing machine', 45 degree angled 'slab run' and the Blue Lagoon (pictured). You may even see some seals or dolphins on your way around the course.

4x4 Driving

Slow and controlled is the key to handling a 4x4 - experiences ranging from a 2hr introduction to a full day's Woodland off road driving course to teach you how to handle an off-road vehicle. In South Wales this is combined with JCB Driving Games.

A relaxing 3-4hr activity - whether it be out at sea or inland at a picturesque coarse fishery. Of course your instructor is on hand to show you the basics and improve you if you are familiar to this fun sport.

Fun Mud Assault Course

Get muddy - a fun quarter day activity which can be combined with 3 of the following quarter day activities to fill your day: High Level Ropes Course, Archery, Sumo Wrestling in inflatable suits, Sea Kayaking (sit on top surf skis), Rock Abseiling (intro), Caving (May-September only) or Axe Throwing.

Can also be combined with any other listed half day activity.

Gorge scrambling/canyoning

Gorge Scrambling/Canyoning

Take the plunge - similar to Coasteering but set inland using a deep gorge and river as your base for this fun adventure - you will soon be wading through rivers, squeezing through crevasses, playing team games, slippery rock scrambling and doing some optional low and high level canyon waterfall pool jumps.

Your going to be walking like John Wayne the next day! Be it a mountain, beach or idyllic countryside ride, the Horse Riding treks suit all levels, and vary in length from an easy 2hr to a 5hr ride via a pub lunch.

You've never cornered so well - a unique experience on an unconventional machine, time trials and general hovering fun follow your safety briefing. A secondary activity of archery is introduced to keep you busy if you are a large group. In South Wales group size needs to be min 8 and must be combined with Woodland 4x4 Driving for an all day motorised experience.

Jet Ski, Speed Boat & Banana/Donut Ride

For this all day adventure we meet you at the beach for a fun filled day. Seafari - trip around an island 2.5 miles off shore approx 10 miles total distance. Here you may see Dolphin, you will definitely see some seals and the scenery created by the winter storms is incredible. It is a wild and rugged place adding to the trips excitement. For those waiting for their trip on the Jet Ski we keep them busy with white knuckle Speed Boat Trips, Kayaks, the Bouncing Banana and the Double Ringo's behind the boat - always a big hit. Push your pedal to the metal - a good old favourite great for competitive groups, this F1 or Grand Prix style event with heats and timed laps is a surprisingly tiring activity. Will you be the one holding the trophy and bottle of bubbly at the end of your session?

Let's go - a guided trip (including bike and helmet) around some of Wales best and famous mountain biking routes. We highly recommend the newly laid out Brechfa Forests new crisp and fun routes in South Wales. All levels catered for.

These are proper body-shaking Mud Buggies! Once harnessed in you will compete against fellow team members to get the quickest lap time, and if during your time on the buggy you don't cause any accidents or tip over, you get a bonus lap to hone your lap time. Great fun.

Are you trigger happy? It will work out cheaper if you're not! After all, skill and precision is the name of the game. Available as a half day or full day activity, whether you have done it before or not, Paintball Games (inc 200 balls) never fails to please. Laser Combat Games are also available (no bruises or paint involved). Or why not try the precision guns of Airsoft (inc 500 pellets). Military style games are offered during all three activities.

Depending on where you are staying will depend on the terrain (either Mountain Quad Biking or a Quad Bike Woodland Skills Trail), either way both are great fun. In South Wales you can add on an Argocat (8-wheeler lever controlled vehicle) Driving Experience for an extra small fee.

Does this float your boat? It's time to test your engineering skills and pit your wits against your competition and build a craft that will not only float, but endure a series of races, games and team challenges. It's more difficult than you think!

No lasers here - this is the real thing. Your instructor will show you the basics of how to aim and be a natural when shooting (the key is to relax and let your eyes do the work!). After instruction and practice shots you can learn new styles of shooting such as the two-bird cross-shot and the session finishes with a competition bird shoot to see who has the best eye for the gun - no real pigeons are harmed during this activity!

Discover scuba diving is a taster experience of scuba diving. The whole experience is conducted in a stunning on-site Snowdonia quarry. The experience starts off with a short safety and site briefing, then the participants will be kitted up and taught the basics of scuba diving in our purpose built training cage, before being taken on unforgettable experience of a dive in the quarry.

WASSUP? This new sport is suitable for all levels and is becoming very popular at the moment to combine perhaps with a dry activity, or perhaps another wet one! We offer it on gentle rivers and canals in North Wales, and calm seas in South West Wales. You will soon get your balance and after no time you will be enjoying the scenery of the Welsh landscape as you pass gently by.

White Water Tubing

White Water Tubing is a new activity to hit the UK. The activity originated from tubing calm waters on tractor inner tubes. Since then tubes have been modified and are now light weight, very durable and easier to handle! Tubing offers a unique experience to explore rivers from a different perspective to any other white water sport. With hand paddles and the tube's innovative design, you will find yourself getting up close and personal with rapids, waves and wildlife.
